Infection Control Protocol
Due to the recent pandemic of COVID-19, we have made some changes to our office daily procedures to help protect our patients and staff. Our goal is to keep everybody healthy and safe while continuing to provide the highest quality of vision care. Our staff and doctors have been educated and trained on our new infection control protocol before reopening our clinic on Monday June 1, 2020.
Some of the highlights include:

All patients and visitors to our clinic MUST wear a facial mask (surgical or cloth), as mandated by the College of Optometrists of Ontario.

Any persons who has traveled across the Ontario border or in contact with someone that has traveled across the Ontario border in the last 14 days is not permitted in the clinic.

We will be limiting the number of people in our clinic at any given time.

All staff and doctors must have PPE on at all times .

Hand sanitizer will be provided to anybody entering the clinic.

Frequent hand washing and surface disinfection is mandatory.

Staggered appointments are booked to allow for physical distancing and sterilizing in between appointments.

Virtual visits by phone/video chat is now available for non-urgent ocular issues or immunocompromised patients
